SNOWBALLS

What fun it is to enjoy the season than with some yummy snowballs filled with yummy nutrients. We whipped fresh pineapple to a frothy light texture and folded in raw coconut, coconut kefir, and sprinkled in ginger, chia seeds, and folded in buckwheat flour. Hand rolled into snowballs, rolled in coconut kefir, and then rolled again into coconut. We then bake them and dehydrate to make them even more yummy and crunch. These are vegan and  Raw compatible
