Dogs do burn and some are more vulnerable to the sun and skin cancers and need protection.

Our Shade was formulated with limited ingredients that protect your dog, nourish the skin and has both UVA and UVB protection of 30 SPF

We do use Zinc oxide, which is non nano (it sits on the skin because it is a bigger particle and does not go into the bloodstream and is uncoated avoiding toxic chemicals).

SHADE is water resistant thanks to the use of our organic beeswax and repels ticks and other critters with the inclusion of rose geranium which as well nourishes the skin.

We believe in creating products that do not bombard your dog's immune system and that work with their bodies and this is true for SHADE

SHADE is Mother Earth friendly and does no harm to our oceans, and reefs. It can be reapplied as needed and human grade so its wonderful for the whole family.
